Dr. Amber Kerr is a plant ecologist with experience in tropical and temperate agroforestry systems. Her interests include plant-soil-atmosphere interactions, seedling survival, and livelihood effects of agroforestry adoption. She holds a BS and MS in Earth Systems from Stanford University and a PhD from the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley. She is currently an independent researcher and a lecturer at UC Berkeley, SJSU, and Las Positas College.
